University Time Management Resource

This resource was created in order to help students with time management and planning.

Research shows that 50% of university students do not use any management system for their work, and of that 50% - only 23% keep a basic to do-list and keep track of their tasks mentally. This tool will help to you to become more efficient and effective with your time.

How to use this tool:

Uni Workspace

This sheet takes out all of the guess work and tracking to see which classes you’ve attended and revised for. We understand that university students can have different priorities but don’t let that effect your grades.

Click the check boxes to give you an indication for which classes you have attended in person/online and which you need to still need to cover. This has been neatly stacked for use in Row 41.

Row 42 is for your goal for that you want to achieve in any given unit (for example, if you want to aim for a Distinction, you can input any number between 75 and 84).

Row 43 is to track any resource or textbook that is used in each of the courses you are taking.

Of course, all of the cells can be altered for your use. We advise you to have a play around with this data tool to get the more out of it. There are a total of 4 sections for 4 units.

Week Planner

We know how important time management is, you can use this as a guide, planning your time will not only help you get more done but also do things that you love.

Toggle down activities that you do throughout the week and drag down to fill. Insert different activities as you see fit.

Priority Planner (Urgent-Important Matrix)

Planning for the long term is arguably as important than planning for the short term. This sheet can be used to prioritize which tasks you need to tackle in the short and long-term.

As students we love to procrastinate, so why not procrastinate effectively?

Habit Tracker

This sheet is a simple habit tracker for things outside of your university commitments, such as cleaning, exercising, journaling etc.

Please use this resource as you see fit. We hope that you can take some value out of reading this and using the resource. Share with your friends to help them manage their time!
